Hello, everyone!

My name is Putri Orin, and I’m a freelance web designer and SEO specialist from Lampung. I currently live and work in Jakarta. I love to travel, eat, hike, and do many other things. My work has been featured in a web hosting company.

I’ve had great success in increasing customer engagement and sales. I’m skilled at leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives. I’m also a creative and detail-oriented web designer with over 6 years of experience. I’m a whiz at HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and all kinds of content management systems (CMS), like WordPress and shopify. I’m a fast learner and can adapt to new situations quickly.

What I Do

Ecommerce

Own process for managing new product updates and launches in the online web store. Support product launches in the Web Store, including content, images, pricing, etc. Contribute to web store-related promotional campaigns designed to drive sales. Work closely with the Customer Care Call Center to keep them informed of all new product launches. Work with IT to improve Web Store features and functionality. Respond to customer inquiries escalated from Customer Care to the Web Store Operations team. Manage both regular and ad hoc Web Store performance reporting (e.g., weekly sales forecasts and other sales-related reports).

Web Design

Assist the creative team in developing visually appealing websites. Worked closely with the web design team to create responsive WordPress themes. Developed landing page functionality and features. Resolved any design issues that arose. Maintained and updated website functionality in conjunction with the CS and web development teams.

Copywriting

Skilled copywriter with a broad portfolio of consumer brand copywriting for print, digital, radio, television and outdoor media. Thorough editor and proofreader with extensive experience in multi-channel and search engine optimization. Dedicated team player accustomed to working across departments on diverse projects.
