Own process for managing new product updates and launches in the online web store. Support product launches in the Web Store, including content, images, pricing, etc. Contribute to web store-related promotional campaigns designed to drive sales. Work closely with the Customer Care Call Center to keep them informed of all new product launches. Work with IT to improve Web Store features and functionality. Respond to customer inquiries escalated from Customer Care to the Web Store Operations team. Manage both regular and ad hoc Web Store performance reporting (e.g., weekly sales forecasts and other sales-related reports).
